In 2015, I published my very first book, Inspired Emotions, through Xlibris. While the message was from the heart, the editing left much to be desired. I learned a great lesson that led me to something even greater. It sparked the creation of my Through the Eyes of a Child series.

It took me five years to take the leap, but in 2020, during a global pandemic, I published my first set of five books. Despite the face masks, restrictions, and closed doors (even hospitals weren’t accepting donations), I pushed through.

By 2022, my second set of five books was released, and I was in full swing—reading to children, visiting schools, and hitting markets with a mission to inspire. My name was getting out there, and I was doing what I loved.

Then 2023 hit—hard. I spent that year juggling school visits and leading art classes while quietly walking through the pain of watching my dad, my hero, suffer from kidney failure. For two years, I had been holding back tears, putting on a brave face, and clinging to his motto: Don’t worry, be happy.

Throughout this grief, I chose growth. I began a beautiful spiritual journey, earned multiple certificates for energy healing. I even took some janitorial work—just to have space to think, heal, and transform.

I then completed my third set of books. They’re ready—but I’m waiting until my current inventory moves before I print again. With growing financial obligations, I decided to return to work, not because I’m stepping away from the dream—but because I’m investing into it.

October 17, 2024 a day that's marked in my soul—the day we said goodbye to my dad. It crushed me. But it also reminded me why I started: to live fully, love deeply, and leave a legacy. He may not be here physically, but I feel him with me every day. My greatest cheerleader hasn’t left—he’s just changed form.

And now 7 months later—here I am.

I’m back.

Stronger. Wiser. More grounded. Spiritually aligned. Creatively inspired.

And I’m ready to do business.

Ready to share my books. Ready to book author visits. Ready to collaborate, connect, and keep building this dream I’ve poured my heart into.

If you’re looking for stories that light up young hearts, inspire confidence, and plant seeds of self-love and gratitude—I’m your author.

Let’s make magic happen.

Thank you!
